DQ Red Ribbon Terms

DQ Red Ribbon accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. DQ Red Ribbon.com secures all credit card transactions with a digital certificate, also known as a SSL Certificate. When communicating with domestic-version browsers, SSL certificates enable super-strong 128-bit encryption, protecting all of your sensitive web communication.

DQRR also offers 15 days net term to all owners within the Dairy Queen system. All prices are in US dollars and are payable in US funds only. Failure to pay in US funds may result in additional conversion charges. After 30 days any outstanding balance will be assessed finance fee equal to 1.5% of the total outstanding balance. At which time the account will be put on hold.

Normal Delivery

Orders received during business hours for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours. Unless otherwise specified, all orders will ship via FedEx Ground. Most domestic orders will be delivered in 3-7 business days.

Rush Orders

Depending on your location, same-day/or next-day delivery can be arranged by courier or FedEx Next Day service. Applicable expedited freight charges will be added to your order.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect applicable sales tax on non-wearable items delivered to locations in Minnesota.

International Deliveries
