Returns & Exchanges
We strive to bring you the best quality to ensure
the highest level of satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. For your convenience,
items may be returned or exchanged within 45 days.
Items being returned or exchanged may not be washed or worn and must be in like new condition.
All sales on closeout items are final. Returns or exchanges cannot be made on closeout items.
Return and Exchange Procedures
- Contact our Customer Service Department at 800-320-9067.
- State your reason for the return and request a Return Authorization Number. (Be sure to have your order number and store number
available). No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
- Send the items to be returned or exchanged to the address listed below. Please write your Return Authorization Number on the
outside of the package or include it on a slip of paper inside.
- If you are doing an even exchange, there will be a $7.00 charge for return shipping and handling expenses. Additional item
purchases may incur additional shipping and handling.
Please note: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
